At Ohmydough, we ship our freshly baked cookies twice a week — every Tuesday and Wednesday— using Fastway Couriers, exclusively within South Africa.

1. Delivery Areas

We currently do not ship to the following areas:
Soweto, Ga-Rankuwa, Kuruman, Upington, Kimberley, Mossel Bay, Knysna, and Plettenberg Bay.

We’re actively exploring alternative delivery options to expand our reach in the near future.

2. Important Shipping Information

• OHMYDOUGH is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  
• We are not liable for packages marked as “delivered” but subsequently lost.
  
• Shipments returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will incur additional charges for reshipment.
  
• Shipping fees are non-refundable for delays caused by closed locations, denied access, or high parcel volumes.
  
• Estimated delivery times do not account for unexpected weather conditions that may delay shipping.
