How to store & enjoy your New York-style cookies at their best!

Fresh Out the Box?
Our cookies are freshly baked and best enjoyed within 7–10 days at room temperature.

Want to Save Some for Later?
Once opened: Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.

Freezer: Freeze individually wrapped cookies for up to 3 months. Simply pop them in a ziplock bag or airtight container.

To Enjoy Warm & Gooey Goodness:
From Room Temp:
Microwave for 10–15 seconds.

From Fridge:
Microwave for 15–20 seconds.

From Freezer:
Microwave for 30–40 seconds, or leave to thaw at room temp for 1–2 hours.

Tip: Don’t overheat or you’ll lose that iconic gooey center!

Lead Time

All our cookies are baked fresh to order and dispatched twice a week to ensure quality and freshness. Order by Sunday for Tuesday dispatch Order by Wednesday for Thursday dispatch Orders are dispatched the day after baking via Fastway Couriers. Delivery time will depend on your location, but you’ll receive tracking details once your order ships. Please note: We are unable to schedule future deliveries or accept returns, as all cookies are freshly baked in small batches. If you’re ordering for a special occasion, we recommend placing your order early.
